Using this site
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but content is provided for general information only and does not constitute advice.
Descriptions of our services, frameworks, availability and processes are indicative. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract for the supply of staff arises from the site alone.
Framework appointments referenced on this site are held by Kome Care Ltd. Framework appointment does not guarantee an order or that any particular requirement can be supplied.
Staffing services
The supply of temporary or permanent workers is governed by a separate written agreement between Kome Care Ltd and the client organisation, together with any applicable framework or call-off terms.
Assignments are subject to candidate availability, suitability and compliance. Submitting a staffing request through this site does not guarantee that a worker will be supplied.
We are an employment business and, where relevant, an employment agency within the meaning of the Employment Agencies Act 1973, and we operate in accordance with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
Candidate registration
Registering with us does not create a contract of employment, guarantee work, or guarantee any number of shifts. Assignment terms are set out separately when an assignment is offered.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, graphics, logos and code — is owned by or licensed to Kome Care Ltd. You may view and print pages for your own use. Any other use requires our written permission.
Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party sites we do so for information. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on site content, and for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or goodwill arising from use of the site.
These exclusions relate to the website. Liability under a staffing contract is dealt with in that contract.

Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
