Our origins
Born from healthcare. Built around people.
Kome was founded by Registered Nurse Debora Kiladejo following her own career in healthcare. Her journey included NHS work experience, NHS bank work, professional nurse training and frontline nursing practice before Kome Care was established.
As the organisation developed, workforce services became an important part of the business. Kome Staffing has been created to give those services their own clear identity and focus.
