The role
Provide compassionate day support to individuals, helping them maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing. Support daily activities, encourage personal development, promote social engagement and create a safe, respectful environment tailored to each individual's needs.
What we're looking for
- The right to work in the UK
- An enhanced DBS (or willing to apply — we can help)
- At least 6 months' UK care experience
- Up-to-date mandatory training (moving & handling, safeguarding, infection control)
- Good spoken and written English
- Two references, including your most recent employer
